10 Strong and Sexy Gift Ideas

It’s officially the holiday season people!!! Time to get your ladies dancing, lords a leaping, and pipers piping! OH! And if you could let my husband know about those five golden rings, I’d really appreciate it. Girl’s gotta get her bling on!

Along with the holidays being the season of cheer and joy, they can also be the season of “OMG why did I eat ALL of those Christmas cookies??!!” and then you feel as round and plump as Santa’s second cousin Frank, who no one really talks about because he isn't quite as jolly.

So this year, I've come up with 10 Strong and Sexy gift ideas to help you tackle those winter blahs, and keep you on track for a healthy holiday!

Check out the full article at Strong Is Our Sexy to get the details about each of these fabulous gifts!

I for one am already dreaming of waking up and finding those leg warmers and that sports bra under my tree. Hopefully some of these ideas will make it on your list to Santa this year, and you have a healthy and happy holiday season!

Pantone Color of the Year 2015

In the design world, Christmas comes a wee bit early with Pantone announcing their 2015 color of the year!
Say hello to MARSALA!

At first I was like "meh", but then after a little research I was like "yes I need this!". A deep hue that is a wonderful balance between purple and red. Switching gears from the bright Radiant Orchid in 2014, to a deeper more sophisticated color is a welcomed change if you ask me.
Just look how stunning Marsala is going to look on your body, on your walls, and on your face!

To celebrate Marsala, let's pop open a bottle of Marsala, and toast to the new year that holds a beautiful promise to be filled with beautiful color!
